Erald Ceka

Erald Ceka has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a SAP Solution Manager Focused Build Scrum Master and Coach | SAP Agile Delivery | SAFe at CoreALM since 2019. Prior to that, they were a Senior Project Consultant of Process Management and Scrum Master at USC Consulting Group from 2017 to 2019. From 2013 to 2017, they were an Accounting Process Analyst at FrankCrum Inc. and a Workforce Management Analyst at PODS Inc., where they were responsible for supervising the Workforce Team, creating a quicker response to clients, and generating and analyzing performance reports. From 2007 to 2013, Erald worked at Sandpearl Resort, where they held two roles: Lead Concierge and Guest Service Supervisor. As Lead Concierge, they were responsible for providing efficient and world-class 5 diamond concierge service and as Guest Service Supervisor, they led a team of fifteen associates and managed the front drive operations in a 250 room full-service property. Lastly, from 2011 to 2013, they were the Program and Marketing Director at the Albanian Community of Tampa Bay, where they were in charge of marketing and budgeting for events attended by 300 plus guests and was a Program Director, Speaker and Moderator in English and Albanian language.

Erald Ceka completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration & Management from the University of South Florida in 2008. In 2019, they obtained an Agile Project Delivery with Focused Build for SAP Solution Manager from OpenSAP. Erald also holds a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt from Aveta Business Institute, issued in August 2019 with no expiration date.
