Bonnie LeFlore has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Bonnie started their career in 1989 at BGLearning, where they worked as a Principal. For over 20 years, they provided custom instructional design and learning development services to clients in various industries, including high tech, financial services, manufacturing, transportation, retail, and pharmaceutical. Their expertise included creating innovative classroom, self-paced, and online learning programs in areas such as leadership, coaching, new hire orientation, sales, and customer service skills.

In 2004, Bonnie joined Veritude as an Independent Contractor, where they worked until 2012. After that, they transitioned to CoreAxis Consulting as an Instructional Design Consultant. Bonnie primarily served Fidelity Investments, collaborating with internal learning and development staff and subject matter experts to develop custom learning solutions to meet the business needs of various departments. These solutions encompassed classroom training, virtual training, and online media.

Throughout their career, Bonnie has demonstrated their ability to create effective and tailored learning programs for different organizations and industries.

Bonnie LeFlore has an extensive education history in the field of English. Bonnie obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English from Brooklyn College, attending from 1964 to 1968. Following this, they pursued further studies at Mount Holyoke College and earned a Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) degree with a focus on English and Education, graduating in 1969. Building upon their qualifications, Bonnie enrolled at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they completed their Master of Arts (MA) degree in English from 1972 to 1974. Throughout their educational journey, Bonnie has consistently focused on developing their expertise in the field of English.
