Søren Brouer

Søren Brouer is currently the SVP of Global Service Management at Vestas, bringing over 40 years of international experience and more than 35 years in executive management within project-oriented companies. With a significant background in the energy and wind turbine sectors, Søren has held various leadership roles at Vestas, managing over 1,500 employees and overseeing a turnover of approximately 250 million Euro. Prior to their tenure at Vestas, Søren served as CEO of SSP Technology A/S and held positions at NEG Micon and APV Nordic. Throughout their career, Søren has developed a strong expertise in LEAN methodologies and has contributed to strategic developments in multiple industries, including the dairy and beverage sectors. Additionally, Søren has served on several company boards and possesses a profound understanding of diverse global markets.
