Megan Ebert

Megan Ebert has extensive experience in human resources, starting with their current role as Human Resources Director at CoreCentric Solutions, Inc. in 2022. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Hardinge Inc from 2021 to 2022. From 2016 to 2021, Megan served as a Human Resources Manager and later as a Human Resources Business Partner at Plano Synergy, where they supported over 400 employees and led a culture change initiative. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2013, they worked as a Program Manager at Volt Workforce Solutions, managing employee relations for a fortune 500 company's distribution campus. Megan also acted as an Employee Relations Specialist for another fortune 500 client. Megan's early career includes a role as a Supply Chain Specialist in the US Army from 2002 to 2010, with a deployment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Megan also worked as a Recruiter and an Onsite Program Coordinator at Volt Workforce Solutions in 2008.

Megan Ebert holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Northern Illinois University. Megan also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and a Certificate of Undergraduate Study in Social Entrepreneurship, both from Northern Illinois University as well.
