Coreco Commercial Finance are an award-winning, professional mortgage brokerage who bring a refreshing, down-to-earth clarity to the commercial and specialist lending market and advice process. This is framed by an outstanding level of service that is built round the customer.

In many cases, these days, the art of mortgage broking often means looking way outside the proverbial box in coming up with suitable options for clients. In this world we see a blurring between the standard residential mortgage and the specialist realm, with the point at which they meet and work together often producing the most effective results.

With a vast amount of experience in both of these realms, Coreco Specialist Finance works above and beyond the normal call of duty, surpassing the usual levels of attention borrowers get from many specialist and commercial brokers and immersing themselves in your project to ensure the very best outcomes.

Coreco Specialist Finance works hard to not only achieve the best interest rates, but also the highest level of gearing that can often make all the difference.

In 2018 we were proud to be voted ‘Best London Broker’ at the annual SFI Awards.

We are experts in serving both new and experienced landlords, often dealing with very large property portfolios, as well as new and experienced property developers looking for Development Finance, Mezzanine Finance or Equity Share opportunities.

We are also highly regarded specialists where Bridging Loans and Second Charge Loans are concerned, where we are able to advise on both regulated and non-regulated short-term loans whether this is for Chain-break scenarios, Auction Purchases and Light or Heavy Refurbishment plans.

We are equally adept at dealing with clients with many years’ experience and large loan requirements, an area where we particularly excel, as we are with those starting out on their journey.
