Founded in 2012 by Angela McCaffrey & Caitlin DiRuggiero, COREFIRE has since transformed the workout scene in northern New Jersey with highly personalized workouts, core-torching exercises, and a fun, inclusive environment for people of all ages, fitness levels, and body types to come together and work those abs!
