CoreInnovate is a specialist engineering firm for payment platforms, digital wallets, and fintech infrastructure. We work with companies where payments are the core of the business — and where architecture failure, latency, or instability directly translates into lost revenue.

We are brought in when systems have stopped scaling, when transaction throughput has hit a ceiling, when cloud spend has outpaced growth, or when a platform has become too fragile to ship confidently. Our engineers fix what general consultancies can't: the deep architectural and infrastructure problems sitting underneath the money.

Our work covers:
— Payment platform re-architecture and scalability engineering
— Wallet and ledger system design and rebuild
— Infrastructure and cloud cost optimisation
— Software rescue, stabilisation, and incident reduction
— AI automation for payment operations and reconciliation
— Managed engineering for teams needing specialist capacity

We do not consult and leave. We work at the architecture and code level, fix immediate risks before optimising, and hand over every system better instrumented, documented, and operated than we found it. No lock-in. Full knowledge transfer.

Clients we work with are typically at a decision point: a scale event is approaching, something has already broken under load, or a cost audit has exposed structural inefficiency. If any of those apply, the conversation is worth having.

Engagements range from a fixed-scope audit completed in days to embedded managed engineering over months. Pricing is scoped to the work.
