Drew Joaquin

Drew Joaquin is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in software technical analysis and desktop support. Currently serving as an Associate Software Technical Analyst at Manulife since January 2020, Drew has also maintained a long-standing role as a Senior Desktop Support Analyst at Coreio Inc. since July 2011. Prior experience includes positions at IBM Canada Ltd. as a Knowledge Management Lead and Technical Support Analyst from February 2001 to May 2010, where responsibilities included application support documentation and troubleshooting various systems. Drew holds a Certificate in Financial Analysis & Investment Management from the University of Toronto and a degree in Honours Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.
