Dana Dingman

Dana Dingman has extensive experience in legal roles. Dana currently holds the position of Vice President Legal at Alludo since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Corel Corporation as Vice President Legal from April 2020, where they also served as Senior Counsel, North America from January 2019 to March 2020. Before joining Corel Corporation, Dana worked as Legal Counsel at Pythian from January 2015 to January 2019, where they handled various aspects of contract negotiation and worked with internal stakeholders. Dana also has experience as an Associate Lawyer at Tierney Stauffer from April 2011 to April 2013 and as a Barrister and Solicitor at Dingman Law from June 2010 to May 2011. Dana started their legal career as a Student-at-law at Barricks LLP from 2009 to 2010 and as an Articling Student at Crawford Chondon & Partners LLP from May 2007 to December 2008.

Dana Dingman obtained a JD/MIR degree in Law and Industrial Relations from Queen's University from the years 2006 to 2009. Before that, from 2001 to 2005, Dana completed a BA in Communication at the University of Ottawa. Dana is also certified as an Attorney in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and by the Law Society of Ontario. Additionally, Dana holds certifications as a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Canada (CIPP/C) and a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) from the IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals.
