CoreLife Investors (“CoreLife”) is a London-based real estate investment and asset management firm formed in 2020 by Stuart Grant and Graham Stanley. Stuart was formerly a Senior Managing Director of Blackstone and more recently Managing Director of Stanhope. Graham was a co-founder of Moorfield and oversaw its growth from a small listed company into one of the leading UK private equity real estate businesses. CoreLife is experienced across multiple asset classes but is primarily focused on acquiring, developing and owning real estate for science and technology tenants. As an advisor to institutional and private clients, CoreLife adopts a long term, patient approach to investment with an emphasis on creative deal sourcing and value creation.
