Abraham Scher

Abraham Scher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people analytics, compensation management, and data science. Currently serving as the People Analytics and Compensation Manager at Corelight since July 2022, Abraham has previously held significant roles at Aon as a Senior Data Scientist and Consultant, where responsibilities included process automation, tool design, and predictive analytics. Prior to this, Abraham was a Compensation Survey Consultant at Radford and an Operations Professional at Teach For America, overseeing various operational tasks for the San Jose region. Earlier experiences include a student internship at SLO County Public Health focused on tobacco cessation policy development, tutoring at Grade Potential In Home Tutoring, and serving as a summer camp counselor. Abraham holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
