Al S. is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in engineering and management. Currently serving as Chief Pilot at Aero Smith since July 2023, Al has also held significant roles at Corelight as Staff Engineering since March 2021, and at bexio AG as Head of Site Reliability Engineering, where responsibilities included leading engineers and ensuring the 24/7 operation of production SaaS systems. Previous roles at Riverbed Technology encompassed positions such as Technical Director and Director of Support for the Asia-Pacific/Japan region, managing engineering teams and addressing post-sales issues. Al co-founded Genedata AG, serving as Head of IT, and began the career at Ciba-Geigy2 as a Software Engineer.
