Ignacio Arnaldo

Ignacio Arnaldo has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Ignacio began their career as a Research Assistant and Visiting Student at ISTI-CNR, where they worked on a project involving data mining and computer vision. From there, they joined the University of Nottingham and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) as a Research Assistant, contributing to academic research. Ignacio then pursued their Ph.D. at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, where they also worked as a Research Assistant.

After completing their Ph.D., Ignacio joined MIT as a Postdoctoral Associate, conducting research in their field of expertise. Ignacio later joined PatternEx, a company acquired by Corelight, where they held various positions such as Principal Data Scientist, Chief Data Scientist, and Chief Technology Officer. Ignacio'swork at PatternEx involved developing and implementing threat detection models and empowering analysts to create their own models. Ignacio is currently serving as the Director of Data Science at Corelight, where they continue to contribute their expertise to the organization.
