Michael Hawks is a results-oriented IT and Cybersecurity leader with extensive experience in developing and implementing security strategies to protect organizational assets and data. They have held key roles such as Senior Cybersecurity Lead and Principal System Engineer, overseeing critical projects and managing security operations. Currently, Michael serves as a Senior Escalation Engineer at Corelight, while having previously earned a Master of Science in Computer and Information Systems Security from Western Governors University. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, incident response, and leading cross-functional teams to enhance security posture across diverse environments.
