Selma Hepp

Selma Hepp, PhD, currently serves as Chief Economist and SVP at CoreLogic, a position held since March 2020, after previously holding roles such as Deputy Chief Economist and Executive of Research and Insights. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Economist and Vice President of Business Intelligence at Compass / Pacific Union International from 2016 to 2020, and Chief Economist at Trulia in 2015. Selma's earlier positions include Senior Economist at the California Association of Realtors, Economist and Manager of Public Policy and Homeownership at the National Association of REALTORS®, and adjunct faculty appointments at George Washington University and the University of Maryland, teaching courses in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and econometrics. Selma’s academic credentials include a PhD from the University of Maryland, an M.A. from the University at Buffalo, and a B.S. from Old Dominion University.
