Tom Cullen

Tom Cullen is a seasoned professional with a strong background in finance and growth strategy. Currently serving as Head of Growth at Coreloops since June 2025, Tom previously co-founded Zoplo, the largest Gen-Z social polling app, focusing on connecting brands with an engaged Gen-Z audience. Tom's experience at Barclays Investment Bank included roles in Futures Electronic Trading Sales and Prime Derivatives Services Sales, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of electronic execution and client management. Additionally, Tom chaired the Board of Directors at NCL Capital Partners and launched Newcastle University's first student-led fund, demonstrating leadership and strategic vision in investment management. With a foundation in mathematics and a master’s degree in banking and finance from Newcastle University, Tom has cultivated a diverse skill set throughout a multifaceted career beginning with internships at UBS and EY.
