Shubhro Saha

Shubhro Saha is currently working as a Catheter Mechanical Engineer at CoreMap since February 2022. Previously, they worked at Third Pole Therapeutics as a Mechanical Engineering Intern from June 2021 to September 2021, where they designed and prototyped fixtures and brackets using 3D printers and collaborated with the EE team. Before that, they held several research study assistant positions at Boston University, where they worked in various labs from September 2020 to May 2021. Prior to that, Shubhro worked as a UTC Personal Tutor and an Undergraduate Research Assistant at North Carolina State University from August 2018 to May 2020. Shubhro also gained experience as a Senior Capstone Project member at Bob Barker Company from August 2019 to April 2020, where they designed and prototyped a food tray cart system that received the 'Best Prototype Award'.

Shubhro Saha's education history begins with completing the International Baccalaureate program at Good Shepherd International School, where they studied Science. Shubhro then went on to attend North Carolina State University from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 2017, they participated in a Summer Program at The University of Queensland, focusing on Sustainability Studies.

Afterwards, Shubhro pursued further education at Boston University from 2020 to 2021. During this time, they earned a Master of Science - MS with Engineering Practice degree in Mechanical Engineering.

In terms of certifications, Shubhro obtained a Master of Science with Engineering Practice certification from Boston University in January 2022. Shubhro also obtained a Bachelor of Science certification from North Carolina State University in May 2020. Additionally, they achieved an IELTS certification from the British Council in May 2016.

Aside from their academic pursuits, Shubhro also received the Gold Awardee recognition from The Duke of Edinburgh's Award. Shubhro also holds an IB Diploma from the International Baccalaureate program and a Music Grade 6 Theory certification from Trinity College London.
