Miguel Gonzalez

Miguel Gonzalez is the Director of Production for the Prepared Dishes Business Unit at Industrias Frigoríficas del Louro, a position held since 2011. Previously, they served as the Head of the Organization and Methods Department at the same company from 2007 to 2011, focusing on process improvements and workforce management. From 2003 to 2007, Miguel was responsible for quality control at MOLDURAS ORENSE, where they implemented an ISO quality system. They earned an Industrial Engineering degree with a specialization in Industrial Organization from the Universidad de Vigo and furthered their education with courses in Lean Manufacturing and AMP Galicia.
