Sílvia Braga is currently the Swine Department Coordinator at Coren, overseeing the management and supervision of swine operations with a focus on animal welfare. They previously held technical and management roles at Manuel Querido, where they managed two swine farms, as well as conducting research on the Iberian deer. Sílvia completed both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Zootechnical Engineering at the Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro and has enhanced their expertise with additional training in animal welfare assessment.
