Matthew Rhine

Matthew Rhine has had a varied work experience, beginning in 2006 as a Stage Manager for Cleveland State University. In 2011, they held two positions simultaneously, as an Academic Tutor for Sylvan Learning and as a Frontend Developer for Healthmonix. In this role, they were responsible for developing front end using responsive design and single page applications using HTML, CSS, Javascript, and .NET framework. Matthew also identified, purchased, and maintained computer hardware and software as needed to maintain HIPAA compliance. In 2016, they became an Application Developer for Backe Digital Brand Marketing, where they developed web applications from the prototype phase through deployment and beyond, including maintenance. Matthew also created responsive emails, animations for banner advertisements, standalone sites, and content maintenance. In 2018, they became a Senior Frontend Developer for COREONYX.

Matthew Rhine received their Bachelor of Music from Cleveland State University in 2010, majoring in Music Teacher Education. Matthew then went on to earn their Master's Degree in Information Science/Studies from Penn State University in 2017.
