Charlotte Townsend is a dedicated Pilates Instructor currently working at CorePlus Studios and The Body Crew since August 2024, alongside a Discipleship Intern role at City on a Hill since March 2024. Previously, Charlotte gained extensive experience in marketing and customer service roles at Retail Prodigy Group from November 2020 to August 2024, where responsibilities included Marketing Specialist, Marketing Coordinator, Customer Experience Coordinator, and Assistant Store Manager. Prior experience includes a brief tenure as a Luxury Sales Stylist at Saks Fifth Avenue in early 2020, and various positions at David Jones from September 2017 to January 2020, culminating in an Assistant Sales Manager role. Additionally, Charlotte conducted market research as a CATI Interviewer at Ipsos in 2018 and has held sales assistant positions at MYER and Calendar Club. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from RMIT University, completed in 2020.
