James Deason is currently the GM of Finance at CorePlus Studios, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Deason served as Associate Director and Senior Manager at BlueRock from February 2020 to June 2023. Deason's earlier experience includes a managerial position at Mitchell Partners from June 2012 to February 2020. Academically, Deason completed the Chartered Accountants Program through Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand between 2012 and 2014, and earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Deakin University from 2005 to 2009.
