Brad Gower

Brad Gower has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Brad began their career at Mallinckrodt as a Quality Control Analyst and later worked as an Analytical Chemist II and Senior Analytical Chemist, where they performed various HPLC analyses and supported formulation activities. At Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, Brad served as a Senior Formulation Scientist, leading a team in developing abuse deterrent solid oral dosage technology. Brad also worked as a Staff Formulations Scientist, where they utilized Quality by Design principles to develop an extended release solid oral dosage platform technology.

Brad later joined Catalent Pharma Solutions as a Senior Formulation Scientist, where they led customer projects and designed experimental protocols to optimize softgel product development. Brad also coordinated closely with manufacturing leadership for production and clinical trial materials.

In 2016, Brad joined Vici Health Sciences as the Director of Product Development. In this role, they led a group of R&D formulators and analysts to develop oral solid dosage products. Brad was responsible for staffing, managing the research and development laboratory, and ensuring quality throughout the organization. Brad also authored and ensured compliance to site-wide SOPs.

Most recently, Brad worked at CoreRx, Inc. as a Senior Formulation Scientist. Brad led customer projects from initiation to launch, designed experimental protocols for solid oral dosage product development, and coordinated with manufacturing leadership for experimental batches and clinical trial materials.

Brad Gower earned their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Chemistry from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville. Brad attended the university from 1994 to 1998.
