Monu’s expertise encompasses material synthesis, characterization, and cell testing, particularly focusing on enhancing performance in lithium-ion batteries and developing aluminum-ion batteries. Monu earned a PhD in Thermal Management Systems from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology, bolstering a strong educational foundation that includes master's and bachelor's degrees in engineering.
