Anthony Chandrasekera

Anthony Chandrasekera has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Anthony started their career as a Program Analyst at the National Institute of Business Management in Sri Lanka in April 2007, where they worked until February 2008. Anthony then joined Datamation Systems (Pvt) Limited as an Analyst Programmer in July 2009, and their role there ended in July 2012. After that, they joined Jay Jay Mills as an MIS Executive in June 2012 and worked until June 2014. In this role, they led a team in data migration and was involved in ERP implementation projects.

In 2014, Anthony joined Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts as an IT Administrator in July 2014. Anthony then progressed to the role of Assistant Manager IT from January 2015 to December 2017, and finally served as an IT Manager from January 2018 to December 2018. Anthony continued their career as an IT Manager at Shang Properties, Inc. from January 2019 to March 2023. Currently, they are working as a Support Consultant at Coresystems AG, starting in March 2023.

Anthony Chandrasekera obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in General studies from Cardiff Metropolitan University, where they attended from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from University College Dublin, attending from 2006 to 2011. Anthony'seducational journey began at De Mazenod College, where they completed their secondary education from 1996 to 2006. Additionally, they obtained the certification of MBCS from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, in April 2020.
