Anne uses her passion for problem-solving to support business initiatives as Coretelligent’s General Counsel. She also oversees Human Resources, working with the Director of Human Resources on employment agreements and employment law.

Anne brings over 20 years of experience as a corporate lawyer in the IT industry. Throughout her career, Anne has helped organizations navigate intellectual property, licensing, contract negotiations, and employment law.
