Susan Strachan

Susan Strachan has over 25 years of work experience in various roles within the procurement and supply chain field. Susan is currently working as a Supply Chain Lead at Coretrax since 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Buyer at Churchill Drilling Tools-Coretrax from 2017 to 2022. Susan also worked at Jewson as an Assistant Branch Manager in 2017 and as an Internal Sales representative from 2016 to 2017. Before that, they were a Buyer at BG Group from 2011 to 2016, where they were responsible for processing purchase requisitions and sourcing competitive quotes. Additionally, Susan has experience as a Customer Services Liason at 8020 Procurement from 2006 to 2011, as well as Customer Services Representitive at Arco Ltd from 1999 to 2006. Susan started their career as a Buyer at Hogarth Safetywear from 1995 to 1999, where they managed purchasing and stock levels.

Susan Strachan attended Elgin High School from 1982 to 1987. During their time there, they attained O Grades in English, Maths, Arithmetic, Physics, Chemistry, and Art & Design. Susan achieved an H Grade in Maths and Art.
