Andrew Clancy

Andrew Clancy is the Chief Executive Officer of Coreus Group, a position held since May 2019, where a strong emphasis is placed on creating a desirable workplace. Under Andrew's leadership, Coreus Group has received multiple awards, including the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2024 and Employer of the Year at various property awards. In addition to this role, Andrew serves as Group Managing Director of The Coreus Foundation, overseeing significant fundraising efforts for education, health, and environmental initiatives, and founded C Squared Construct, a groundworks business. Previously, Andrew held various positions at Mace and Bailey Partnership, focusing on high-value projects across multiple sectors. Andrew is a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, with an academic background in Quantity Surveying from the University of Reading.
