Kleputs Lesya

Kleputs Lesya is an experienced project management professional with a strong background in leading project management offices and large-scale initiatives. Since September 2014, Lesya has served as the Director of the Project Management Office at Avenga Ukraine, where responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, developing PMO processes, hiring and mentoring project managers, and fostering a collaborative team culture. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager and Project Manager, focusing on stakeholder communication, risk management, and project success. Lesya has also contributed to education as a Teacher of English at Ukrainian Catholic University and held various administrative and translation positions. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in English Language and Literature from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
