Dawit G. currently serves as a Technical Account Manager at CoreView, starting in January 2024, following a role as Implementation Engineer and Zendesk Manager at Simeon Cloud from October 2021 to February 2024, where expertise was applied in automating Microsoft 365 management through configuration as code.
