Alexander Eldeib

Alexander Eldeib is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and technical management. Currently serving as a Principal Engineer at CoreWeave since October 2025, Eldeib previously held the position of Manager of Technical Staff at Cohere, focusing on infrastructure teams that support AI/ML training and inference. Prior to that, Eldeib was an Engineering Manager at Microsoft, overseeing Linux node provisioning for Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and also contributed as a Software Engineer on various projects within Microsoft, including enhancing platform flexibility and building backend APIs. Eldeib began a career in technology with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Harvard University, during which involvement included positions as Director of Staff Development for The Harvard Crimson and Course Assistant at Harvard Online.
