Emily Arney

Emily Arney currently serves as the People Programs Lead at CoreWeave since May 2023. Prior to this role, Emily held the position of Talent Associate/Recruiting Coordinator at Fractal Software from April 2022 to March 2023, where significant achievements included sourcing high-quality C-suite candidates and enhancing the company's employer branding. Emily's tenure also includes experience as a Student Teacher at Grover Cleveland Middle School, focusing on health and physical education for grades 6-8. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Montclair State University, an Associate of Fine Arts in Dance from County College of Morris, and pursued a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Ramapo College of New Jersey.
