Justin Thompson

Justin Thompson is an experienced recruiter currently working at CoreWeave since May 2025, following the acquisition of Weights & Biases where Justin served as Recruiter II from July 2022 to May 2025. Prior to this role, Justin held various positions in recruitment and education at KIPP Colorado Schools and KIPP Indy Public Schools from July 2016 to July 2022, including Recruitment Manager and Teacher. Justin began a career in education with Teach For America, serving as an alumnus since 2018, and gained additional experience as a Policy Extern at Teach Plus and a LEE Fellow at EdChoice. Justin holds a degree in Science of Education with a focus on Early Childhood Education from Shawnee State University, earned between 2010 and 2015.
