Kishor Aher

Kishor Aher is an innovative product leader currently serving as a Principal Product Manager at CoreWeave. They have over 21 years of experience in product management and software engineering, including six years leading AI/ML initiatives at Amazon and Google. Kishor was instrumental in the launch of Amazon Bedrock and played a key role in developing first-party tools for Amazon's Agentic AI team. They have also held significant positions at leading firms like Citadel Securities and Credit Suisse, successfully delivering impactful trading platforms and financial systems. Kishor earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai and a Master's in Information Management from Thakur Institute of Management Studies and Research.
