Mark Fischer

Mark Fischer is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in revenue accounting and financial management. Currently serving as the Head of Commercial Accounting at CoreWeave since October 2024, Mark previously held significant roles at Confluent as Senior Director of Revenue and Director of Revenue, where successful IPO preparations and the implementation of SOX were key achievements. Mark's tenure at Elastic saw a transition from leading the Revenue team to managing global accounting functions, contributing to another successful IPO. Additionally, Mark's earlier experience at AppDynamics involved leading IPO efforts and revenue recognition, culminating in an acquisition by Cisco. A foundation in audit management was established at Ernst & Young, where Mark supervised audits of high-growth SaaS companies. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.
