Matt Opramolla

Matt Opramolla is an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter with a strong background in building and scaling teams across various sectors, including engineering platforms, artificial intelligence, and global go-to-market strategies. Currently at CoreWeave since March 2025, Matt focuses on hiring for specialized roles in K8s infrastructure and observability, among others. Previous experience includes leadership in global hiring at Anaconda, Inc. and full-lifecycle recruitment for Core Group Resources in sectors such as oil and gas and finance.
