Max Brunner

Max Brunner currently serves as Associate General Counsel for Securities at CoreWeave since October 2025. Prior to this role, Max was Vice President of Corporate & Securities Law at Coherus Oncology from November 2021 to October 2025, overseeing legal compliance for securities filings and capital raising initiatives. Max also held the position of Senior Counsel at Allen Matkins, focusing on securities filings and M&A transactions from November 2017 to November 2021, and was an Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, where responsibilities included advising on corporate finance and governance matters from October 2012 to October 2017, following a summer associate role in 2011. Max holds a BA in Economics and History from Dartmouth College, a JD from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, and an MBA from the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business.
