Max Hjelm currently serves as the EVP of Strategic Deals at CoreWeave, where they focus on scaling revenue and building go-to-market strategies. Prior to this, Max held several leadership positions including SVP of Revenue, VP of Sales, and Director of Sales at CoreWeave. Their earlier experience includes roles at Curalate as Head of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships, where they successfully launched a Channel Partner program, and at Northwestern Mutual as a Financial Representative & Field Director, where they built a practice and managed a team of sales representatives. Max also briefly served as the Director of Business Development at AspireIQ, contributing to strategic partnerships and business development efforts.
