Michael W. Johnson

Michael W. Johnson currently serves as Sr. Counsel at CoreWeave, focusing on real estate, construction, and development since 2025. Prior to this, they held multiple leadership positions, including Managing Partner at Johnson & Johnson, LLP from 2001 to 2012, and Partner at Roup, Loomis & Johnson, LLP from 1993 to 1999. Michael was also the CEO of MICHAEL WALLACE JOHNSON, A PROF LAW CORP from 2012 to 2015. They have held roles in companies such as Financial Title Company and Landmark Dividend LLC, and have been involved in legal counsel at firms like Switch and Fidelity National Financial.
