Michelle O'Rourke

Michelle O'Rourke is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at CoreWeave since September 2021, previous positions include Director of Human Resources, HR Manager, and Human Resources Generalist within the same organization. Prior to CoreWeave, Michelle held managerial roles at Life Time Inc. from July 2014 to September 2021, as well as HR-related positions at Advanced Health Media and VNU Business Media. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Services from Villanova University.
