Neriah Howard

Neriah Howard, MA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Partner at CoreWeave since April 2025, focusing on full cycle recruiting for Data Centers. Prior experience includes a role as a Recruiter at Tides from August 2022 to April 2025, managing multiple open roles and co-leading a successful early career hiring strategy with Bowie State University. At Ro, between September 2021 and June 2022, Neriah recruited for various business units, while previously, as Employer Relations Manager at The Washington Center, responsibilities included managing over 125 internship sites and the placement of 70+ interns. Early career experience also encompasses recruitment for clients at RocketPower and educational roles at the University of the Pacific, where process improvements significantly increased departmental efficiency. Neriah holds a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of the Pacific.
