Sriram N. started their work experience in 2018 at Catchpoint, where they held various roles. As a Sr. Technical Account Manager and Technical Services, Triage, they researched, analyzed, and resolved complex issues related to webpage performance. Sriram also generated reports based on webpage monitoring data and provided training for new clients. In their role as Triage, Technical Services, Sriram utilized Microsoft SQL server for data access and deployed monitoring tools on different platforms. Sriram trained the entire company on new feature releases and maintained documentation. As a Technical Account Manager, they had a strong understanding of core internet technologies and wrote automation scripts for webpage simulation. Sriram built client relationships, conducted onsite visits, and hosted training sessions. As an Associate Technical Account Manager, Sriram handled support queries, accelerated webpage performance, and collaborated with engineering for product improvements. Sriram also managed various integrations involving alerting and IT operations. In 2023, Sriram joined CoreWeave as a Cloud Support Operations Engineer.

Sriram N. began their education journey in 2012 at Vijaya Composite Pre University College, where they pursued a Pre University (PU) degree in Computer Science. Sriram completed this program in 2014. Following this, from 2014 to 2018, Sriram attended SJB College of Education in Bangalore, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science.
