Stephanie Profitt

Stephanie Profitt is a seasoned tax attorney with extensive experience in both domestic and international tax issues. Currently serving as Counsel at CoreWeave since 2025, they previously held positions at Twitter, Inc. as Tax Counsel from 2017 to 2023, and at the Office of Chief Counsel to the IRS from 2023 to 2025. Prior experience includes serving as a Deputy City Attorney in San Francisco from 2010 to 2013 and as an Attorney in the Dept. of Treasury, Office of Chief Counsel to the IRS from 2005 to 2009, where they earned the 2009 Outstanding Litigation Award. Stephanie's educational background includes studies at The University of Texas at Austin, where they are currently enrolled.
