Stephen Beckstrand

Stephen Beckstrand has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Stephen started their career at Bluehost in 2012, where they worked as a Level 2 Technical Engineer for two years. In 2014, they joined i.t.NOW as a Network Operations Center Engineer and remained there until 2016. During their time at i.t.NOW, they gained experience in network operations. In 2016, Stephen joined DigitalOcean, initially working as a Cloud Operations / Systems Administrator before transitioning to the role of Software Engineer II - Network Development in 2022. Stephen worked in these roles until 2023. Currently, Stephen is employed at CoreWeave as a Network Developer.

Stephen Beckstrand earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Utah State University, which they attended from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they studied Computer Science at Utah Valley University from 2017 to 2018. However, they did not obtain a degree during their time at Utah Valley University.
