Swati Jain

Swati Jain is a seasoned professional in the field of internal controls and audit, currently serving as Senior Director of Internal Control/SOX at CoreWeave since July 2025. Jain also holds a position as a Board Member at Junior Achievement since September 2020. Previous experience includes roles at Confluent from January 2021 to June 2025 as Director and Senior Manager of Internal Audit and SOX, and a decade-long tenure at Deloitte, where significant expertise was developed in establishing SOX programs and evaluating financial and technology risks.
