With a diverse background, Taj has held pivotal roles including Director of Productivity & AI at SentinelOne, where responsibilities included customer and employee experience enhancement with a focus on GenAI strategy, and Head of Product at Uber, overseeing employee and customer technology solutions. Previously, Taj held senior leadership positions at [24]7 and Microsoft, delivering innovative products in AI and speech recognition. Taj's early career includes roles in VoIP at companies such as Dialogic, Lucent Technologies, and Nortel TCS, fostering extensive expertise in product management and development. Taj holds a Graduate Certificate in Management Science from Stanford University and a BS in Electronics and Electrical Communications from Punjab Engineering College.
