Wester S.

Wester S. is currently the Head of Integrated Planning at CoreWeave, where they drive alignment between Sales, Product, Operations, and Finance to establish a centralized forecast. Wester earned a Ph.D. in Engineering Systems from Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth, where they developed a mathematical model for industrial energy management and published extensively. They previously held positions as an Engineering Intern at Ingersoll Rand and a Research Assistant at the Masdar Institute for Science and Technology. Wester also managed a sailing school and served as a Student Ambassador at Delft University of Technology.
