At CoreWise Workforce Strategy Partners, we believe that when people thrive at work, businesses thrive too. Our mission is to help organizations align the right people with the right roles, creating workplaces where employees feel fulfilled and companies achieve sustainable growth.

CoreWise was born out of CEG Assessments, where we spent years building and growing teams while supporting the environmental and engineering industries with flexible, capacity-driven workforce solutions. Over time, we realized businesses needed more than just additional bodies—they needed a true strategic partner to tackle hiring challenges holistically, from process optimization to team alignment and talent brand development. This understanding led to the creation of CEG Recruiting, allowing us to support companies more directly in finding and retaining the right talent. In 2025, we rebranded as CoreWise Workforce Strategy Partners to reflect our expanded focus on workforce strategy and our commitment to driving long-term talent success.

Today, we combine talent recruitment, workforce strategy consulting, advanced hiring assessments, and employer branding solutions to help companies hire smarter, retain top talent, and build high-performing teams. From refining your recruitment process to positioning your company as an employer of choice, we deliver strategies that increase both employee fulfillment and business performance.

At CoreWise, we know that happy, engaged people are the foundation of every thriving organization—and we’re here to help you build that foundation.
