Jason Burke has a diverse work experience, starting from being an Independent Investor and C-Level Advisor in 2022. Jason served as the Chief Financial Officer at Corfix in 2022, 1VALET in 2019, Orion Biotechnology in 2018, Voltari Marine Electric from 2021 to 2022, Mavennet from 2021 to 2022, and Fluence Technologies from 2020 to 2022. Jason was a Member of the Board of Directors at The Hotel Communication Network Inc. since 2016 and a Board Member at the Foundation for the Canada Museums of Science and Technology since 2014. Jason Burke's work experience also includes being the Founder and CEO of Positive Venture Group Inc., which was acquired by Consero in 2015.
Jason Burke completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from St. Francis Xavier University from 1991 to 1995. In 1998, they earned the Chartered Accountant designation from ICAO. Jason also obtained a CPA (Illinois) certification from the State of Illinois in 2000.
