Oumar Cherif

Oumar Cherif has extensive experience in the mining industry, holding positions that include Mining Supervisor at Société Minière de Boké from March 2018 to April 2021, and Mining Production Supervisor at GPC Groupe from April 2021 to February 2023. Key responsibilities involved designing and optimizing operating procedures, ensuring production targets were met, and planning mining activities while collaborating with various teams. Oumar Cherif also served as a Sampler and Team Leader at CCIC-China Certification & Inspection Group, where supervision of sampling operations was a primary focus. Currently, as a Mining Equipment and Production Trainer at SFTP MINING since February 2023, training junior supervisors and operators on equipment and production management is a key role. Oumar Cherif holds a professional degree in mining engineering from the Institut Supérieur des Mines et Géologie.
